Well after all the tips of starting it and letting it warm up, i thought i would take her out tonight and play wit it.

i got to a round about after 2 miles, droped her to 3rd, pulled throttal a little to keep my speed up as approaching and it died.
i could not jump it or start it. the lights worked, and everything else did. but it would not start. no start noise from the button, the lights did not dim either.
kill switch in right place, tried with stand up and down, clutch in and out. NOTHING.

you are going through all the winter faults this week for sure.As my first post said - The main relay is known to corrode (black box under right side pod, at the block connector. This will cause the problem you describe ( i bet when you press the starter button, the oil light illuminates too).
Faulty side stand switches can also sometimes cause problems too.
If you crank a motorcycle for only a couple of minutes and turn it off,will it foul the plugs?
