The Ultima are Evo style motors, so will not fit your frame, there are some aftermarket motors (High H.P. big" motors) built off the Shovel motors.
If you go to http://sscycle.com they have some high performance Shovels. I'm sure there are others, maybe Sputhe?

113 inch motor is going to be much taller because of the longer stroke. If it will sit on the motor mount plates under the backbone, then you'll be ok. But, you won't be able to run the stock gas tanks, I'm pretty sure. They'll sit too low. You'll have to change to something that sits completely above the backbone.
