Heat Resisting Paint For Motorcycle Exhaust?

As I recall from my son's motocross days this is an involved process. You determine the action of the forks by how much and what weight oil you use. I would do some research on the subject of suspension for the bike. Your local bike shop should be able to provide all the information that you need.

What's the best way to improve visibility of motorcycle helmet visors in the rain?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by back-pressure or oil squirt but oil is not supposed to squirt out the bleed screw even if the fork is fully compressed. Your best bet would be a service manual. I'm pretty sure stock oil is 5w, the weight of the oil can be changed to adjust the feeling of the fork. If you have anymore questions e-mail me, I have been working on dirt-bikes for 5 years doing all types of maintenance and rebuilds.

Edit:
Yes, you should release the pressure after each race, but sometimes there wont be pressure so don't be alarmed if there isn't. Changing fork oil can be kinda hard depending on mechanical ability. With some forks it is not this easy, sometimes special tools are needed, I highly recommend fallowing a service manual closely! With the manual you should have no problem. if you have no mauel or doubt your mechanical abilities I would deffanitly take it to a shop, or atleast find somone that has done it before to help you.

How do you change brake pads for a 2002 Yamaha R6 motorcycle?

Chris B's post is on it. It's not that difficult, but not that easy either, especially the first time around. I've never worked on dirt bikes much, but have done quite a bit of work with street bikes and drag bikes. The forks need to come out of the triple clamps, shouldn't be a lot of stuff in the way on your kx.
