I don't think I've ever met anyone from North Carolina that I didn't like, so that's a plus. I get along with most Harley riders OK, a few are prix. Maybe 25% or so if I had to guess act like real dinx. I'd say, based on that, that the individual you are talking about, a North Carolina dork on a Hog is probably in about a 10% group or so, chances are better he'll be an OK guy if he's from North Carolina.
