Question:
Not looking for something expensive. Just something to learn on
Answers:
where can I find used dirt bikes??
For a beginners bike I wouldn't worry about the "tall" thing. I would look into a used 650 or 750 Yam, Honda, Kawa or Suz. You can get them fairly cheap and still in good shape.what web site can i buy just about EVERYTHING for a suzuki sv 650 motorbike.?
My recommendation though would be what paul j said and go with a dual sport. The Kawasaki KLR 250 or 650 are really good bikes for the money. They are easy to ride, good on gas, even the new ones are fairly cheap, run on dirt and pavement and putting some time on one on the dirt will definitely improve your riding skill on pavement when you move into a larger bike.
kawasaki klr..250 or 650.It is a dual purpose on/off road bike.street legal.Very forgiving power curve, can take the usual driveway tip overs a learner has.and most importantly...FUN!
A KLR is an EXCELLENT choice, but don't expect too much out of it in the dirt. A BETTER choice is a KLX650. more power, better suspension, but worse colors and electric start only. A Used XL Honda is a solid bet as well, and some of the old 250/350's (350 is rarer) are solid long term daily drivers.
is there any standard for speed breakers on the road?
Definitely a dual purpose bikewhy do chain driven bikes have so much play in the chain?
People might call me names for saying this but why not look at a Buell? They are cheap and made to be dropped. Once you get your feet wet then look at a heavier cruiser. Riding is all about balance and throttle control. If you can get these skills on a 350lbs bike then you will have a lot easier time on a 700+lbs bike.Just a thought.
Will I Be a Biker when im a movie star?
The key to the question is inexpensive and beginner.Where can I get Helmets in Mumbai?
As I've ridden enduro's and street bikes, they are definitely a different rider for feel and handling.
I would agree that a smaller bike, 400, 500, 550, 650, 750 (I wouldn't go over this) would be good. I also agree that Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki or Yamaha would be where to start looking also. Perhaps a Suzuki GS550.
Get your feet wet with the sport and don't spend a ton of money on your first bike. Keep it under $1000 if possible. If after a year you enjoy it and know you would like to continue on, than make the purchase towards something with more appeal, power, performance, etc.
need cooling fan for 2002 polaris 500 H.O. sportman cheep?
Not sure what you want the bonnivle is a sports bike and you want a cruser. Which one? Anyway try any of the older metric cruser bikes . Something maybe a night hawlk, verigo. Scratched and Dented will not hurt if you are just learning because if you get something really nice it will be Scratched and /or Dented when you are finished with it. believe me.More Questions & Answers ...
