Question:
My bike was running fine when i parked it about 2 months ago. I foolishly let it sit outside on the patio in the weather, uncovered. The temp. is supposed to get into the 20's tonite,So Today i finaly made room in the basement for it and it wouldnt start. It does turn over..and it trys to Fire from time to time.i hooked the battery charger up to give it an extra boost and turned it over for a minute and it ran for a second at a very low idle...that was at about half throttle. its electric choke and fuel injected. i noticed a gas smell and kinda like steam puffing from the exhaust a little? any suggestions?

omg how could you?i want to buy a second hand bajaj bike, so which site i should refer?
Indiana is right. I would try the new fuel and stabilizer first. The fuel might need to circulate so don't just try and start it once and give up. If that doesn't work go with Indiana's idea of the plugs. The stabilizer and new fuel will be a lot cheaper if it works.does driving at hgh speed after the running in period shall reduce the engine life and performance?
Condensation (water vapor) may have gotten into the fuel. I'd drain the tank and add fresh fuel. Because the bike wouldn't start right away, the plugs probably got fouled. A very common problem with sport bikes. If one or two plugs are fouled, that would wreck the whole running of the engine. I can guarantee that the plugs need changing. BTDTInstall new plugs and fully charge the battery before changing the fuel.
