If you don't know what the carburator is , you DO NOT want your first mechanical experience to be trying to clean one. There could be many reasons why your bike won't start. If you want your bike to run right now , you had better take it to a trained mechanic. If you want to learn about such things, start by reading your owners manual. or go to the library.

I wanna improve the performance of my bike?

pull the spark plug...if it is wet it is getting gas!...put the ignition wire on the pulled plug and place the electrode about an 1/8 of an inch away from the engine head or frame...crank the engine and look for spark at the plug electrode... those are the 2 essiential things needed to start an engine... replace plug or if no spark replace coil

first of all, why would you get a dirt bike if you dont even know what a carbuerator is. I knw its tempting and you want to just buy some thing to ride on but you have to learn about the parts. tak it to a dirt bike dealer or mechanic and they will fix it. while they do that, learn a little about dirt bikes.

V-twin S&S breather problem?

I have this same problem w/ mwa ATV so this is what you do. Look for the choke. Once you found the choke, pull it out. Run the engine for 1/2 min. then push the choke down. And every day, warm the engine up at least every week. But still, clean the carborator.
