If the broken part is still in the head, drill a smaller hole in it use a center punch and get as close to the center as you can. now tap a easy out into the hole. be carefull don't break the ez out. if that doesn't work slowly drill out the hole.until you just barely see threads then use a dentists pick to pick out the remaining threads. If that fails get a Hili coil kit at a auto parts store and follow the instructions. use some never seze when you put it back together. Hope this helps!!

Motorcycle gas/fuel additive. Help me out please.?

Start with the smallest bit you are able to use and center it well .
Drill progressively larger holes untill you are able to fit an easy out at least 5/8-3/4 of an inch in. Often times the heat created by drilling helps with the extraction.
If you are unable to remove the stud via the easy out continue to drill, finishing with the bit that matches you tap. Use oil and thread carefully ,if you damage your casting you're screwed.

Good place to hide a spy camera on a harley motorcycle?

A real easy way is to first lubricate the remaining with something like Sili-Kroil, the get yourself a set of left handed drill bits. I know Car-Quest sells them. Center punch the remaining part of the stud then use the left handed drill bit to make removal one easy operation. Since I have started using the left handed drill bits I hardly ever use an easy out.
