What are the comparisons between Textile & Leather Motorcycle jackets?

Try ITP Mud Lites in a 26X8X12 front and 26x10x12 rear. That's the same size as the OEM tires, but the more aggressive nature of the tread pattern will probably give you all the traction you need or want.

I'm planning to get my bike licence this summer, and was wondering what a good starter bike would be?

The Mud Lites are a 6 ply tire that weigh in like a 4 ply so there is minimal loss of power due to increaseded size and weight.

How to get a Lifan 200 motorcycle from China titled?

I'd only consider a taller tire/lift kit if your having ground clearance issues. A 1" increas isn't bad, but keep in mind that lifting an ATV is just like lifting a 4X4 truck. As you lift the machine the angle of the drive shafts change at the CV's/U-joints as does steering components. Depending upon the total lift you could put your drive line in a bind and create changes in your steering.
