Dude. what do you have a 250? you just have to keep a mental picture of what gear you are in and always remember when you up shift and down shift. To down shift all you do is let go of the throttle hold the clutch and press down on the gear shift thing, let go of the clutch and accelerate slowly.Good luck buddy
