I'm interested in buying a Kawi ZX-6R...Someone can tell me some pros and cons of the byke?

All 600cc sport bikes like the zx-6r, cbr600rr, grsxr600 and r6 are all pretty close to the same. They are pretty fast and handle good. I wouldn't recommend one to a beginner, but to somebody who has some experience they are great bikes. Also, if you are over 6 feet tall, you might want to consider a 1000. Insurance will be high, and cops like to target crotch rocket riders. Kawasaki has a history of being pretty reliable too. They aren't quite up to Honda standards, but I would recommend one over a Suzuki.

Is there a way to tell whether or not an engine will turn over without having a kicks start/electric starter?

Great bike but can be high on insurance... Can also be a bit much for a first time bike owner.
