Simple answer... NOIt might hold for awhile, but it will definitely bend easier next time you hit something.

It can be straigntened in a workshop and will regain it's full strength if re-tempered coorectly. If it is not tempered, or tempered incorrectlt, it will not regain it's strength and will fail more rapidly, and murphey's law dictates that it will fail when you need it most.
