All the bike needs is an electric horn and road legal tyres. Which means they mus have a minimum of 1mm tread and if they are knoblies, the gaps between the blocks must not be bigger than the blocks themselves.

copy and paste that link. you need the dual sport lighting kit. they dont list the older bikes in the catalogs anymore but they still have the parts. install the parts, get dot tires, and call a cop. they have to fill out an affidavit that the bike meets the requirements for street operation, and then you can get a title and registration for it. call baja designs and they will hook you up.
