im doing a project work in 4- stroke engine oil in motorbike

I am trying to make my Honda Forman 500 ATV street legal. Where can I find/buy a horn kit for it?

4 stroke oil need to scrap dirt/soot from cylinder walls with help from piston rings (especially third ring )
it also needs to withstand high temp ( it should not dis-integrate )
Also it should absorb excess heat and help cool the engine walls and clutch plates.
It should lubricate gears and shafts .
