How do you paint Fiberglass and make it stay?

I'm sure it is possible, but it's going to be way more of a headache than it's worth. The frame on the R6 was just not designed to house a 1000cc engine. This would throw the weight distribution off, and you would ruin the distinct riding characteristics that define the R6.
Installation on a custom job like this would cost an arm and a leg. If you want the bike to be faster, you would be better off installing nitrous to bring life into 3rd gear and beyond. However, if you are dead set on the R1 engine, it makes much more sense to save up to buy the R1.
