For a budget of 250000, the only sportsbike you will be able to buy is a 250cc CBR or something like that and that too second hand. Even for Rs. 350000, you wont be able to buy a second hand 600 cc bike like a GSX-600R. For 350000, you may be able to buy a 400 cc motorcycle like a CBR400.
