Would a 2001 reg 748R Ducati motorbike come with an alarm as standard?

Question:
I have recently bought a 748r ducatit motorbike from a Honda dealer.
It is a 2001 reg but does not have an alarm. I was just curious as to why.do they not come as standard or could it be possible that the previous owner has removed it???

No alarm as standard. Ducati's are a bit fickle with them so make sure you keep the battery charged.
