i think you should go for bajaj pulsar 150 dts-iPulsar is better.The new upgraded pulsar is having all the features which you only get in Karitzma.This has taken to the Pulsar miles ahead than the CBZ.

If you considering the looks and little gizmo's like LED tail lamp,digital speedo ,automatic indicator cut-off etc and more sharp lines go for pulsar.The company Bajaj is average considering Hero Honda.CBZ on the other hand is a good bike,excellent handling,good power.But the looks are not that futuristic.Design cues are mostly same as the older one (i prefer old one).
Alway's buy the bike you most like wether it's bajaj,hero-honda,honda,yamaha whatever.In the future you don't want to regret over the bike you bought.
Keep the company,re-sale value,mileage etc aside,and buy the bike you love,you don't need to sacrifice your like's for other's.

My brother has a 2006 jan pulsar . at that time it was a very good and powerful bike and giving an avg mileage of 55-58 in good riding but after 9 months we are suffering from many problems ..Engine sound changed ,changed one silencer luckly it was in the time of free service .the headlight bulb has been changed two times , in mornings their is starting trouble , the stwichstart makes a lot of sound and disturbances.one horn went off .mileage decreased to 48-53 ................................. cbz xtreme it is from the leader hero honda so we can trust it more , those took it is telling that the bike gives a good mileage of about 50-55 and it will also increase . one promise i can give you the mileage and reliability of hero honda is steady .here are some pics of hero honda cbz xtreme
