2001 Suzuki TS50 Restrictor?

Does any one know ther this bike is restricted and also how to remove it, I have checked the exhaust and ther doesn't seem to be anythign externally restiriciting it.

These are restricted at the cyl. to exhaust pipe. If the seal looks like it has a 'flat washer' attached to it,,, it does.You can separate them with a good chisel & afew gentle taps.Good Luck
