i think stock it has 30hp but mine is bored out 1mm over and has a wiseco piston and rings and has a D.I.D Racing cam chain and stock crank the crank has a 59.5 strock im pretty sure so wats my horsepower now and how many CC is it stock its 249cc

It's tough to say. You don't say what you've got for a pipe or carb setup. You don't say what altitude you're running the thing at. When you had the overbore done did you have any head work done? Worn valves, seats and guides will all have an effect on your horsepower.

Even with all that info you would still be guessing. Your best bet is to find a motorcycle shop with a dyno setup and ask them to run your bike on the dyno. If you ask around maybe you'll find a sympathetic shop that will do it for you for cheap. And then you'll know for sure.
