its completely from scratch.everything will be custom.now how would i go about getting it registered and titled and inspected to drive on the road.or would it be easier to get a parts bike with no title.and use the frame to build off of.these are my two choices right now.also does anyone know of a website that has free designs and blueprints of motorcycle frames?

Not sure about Pa but it may be like in Ohio...make sure it's street legal first of all and make darn sure you have receipts for every part you put on the bike...especially the frame and motor. As long as the paperwork is all there there and it's street legal then there should be no problem. Probably issue you an "assembled vehicle" title and send you down the highway. Assuming of course Pa is like Ohio...can't stress enough that you have DOCUMENTATION for EVERY part. Best thing you can do is contact the state police in Pa and ask them instead of all us "know it alls" here on yahoo.

when you buy a frame for your bike you will receive whats called an "MSO" (manufacturers state of origin) once you have that and your bike is complete you need to take it and have your local DOT inspect it for safety and law compliance. once that is achieved then they will issue you a VIN and off that you can title the bike. and have it licensed and insured. P.S. most people keep frame designs off the internet due to the fact that they would rather have you buy form them instead of raping free designs. If you are not going to build more than one motorcycle, it's not worth building the entire bike. You can order a frame from J&P Cycles or OCC, or many other places that sell the frames, they have a Vin number on them, which can be licensed.how do you place the honda unicorn in 150 cc bikes range?
