Is a kawasaki ninja 250 a good beginner bike im 6'2' 185 pounds would this work for me?
A have a Suzuki LT50 for my son and it is a great bike. The name brands will cost more but will have a higher resale value. A knock off will cost less and will probally give you plenty of use but will not be worth much to resell it. Used name brand is the way to go cause the kids outgrow them so fast and they get little use. I do know some people with Kazuma and Redcat that have had good luck out of them. It comes down to how much you want to pay for 1-3 years of riding.Find a used one. Kids outgrow them faster than clothes.
Buy a honda they last forever, your son will be able toy ride it for years.
What is the best street bike? any suggestions (color too)?
I think all 50 cc quads are made by other manufacturers in Korea or China, so go with whatever dealer treats you best.Get a name brand. 50cc is not much power as is most knock offs are weak and unreliable. Honda is certainly one of the best. IMHO small children are better off with a dirt bike as a quad gives them a false sense of balance. Also with a bike if you get in trouble on a hill or some technical terrain you can just lay it down without getting crushed.
