If your running standard filters just try dropping the circlip one notch down the needle first, I run standard jets with Nikon pipes and ported and polished barrels (standard power valves only mirror polished) and drop the clip one notch very crisp power, try the needle first and try jetting if that doesnt work it may over juice with standard filters. Have modded RGV,YPVS, LC and RMX on road and track as well as Mx racing for 20+years and found its not always necessary to rejet for just changing exhaust.

Takes me back a bit this one, microns nearly always needed upjetting when I had my Elsie's, 285 sounds about right if you have K &N,s as well Better too rich than too weak, stick them in and do a plug check(any haynes bike manual will show how) and then see get somewhere close then fine tune by raising or lowering the needles.
I Allways prefered allspeeds , less peak power but a better spread and usually no jetting needed.

When re-jetting for aftermarket pipes one has to do some R+D. Change your pipes,do a test run then check your plugs.If your lean,jet up.Do the same run again and check again.When your plugs have a tan or light brown color ,you're done One added note ,if you have to go more than 3 sizes up on your main you shoul increase the size of your pilot jet or you'll be lean out of the hole..
