What 600cc means?

Question:

Answers:

what kind of oil do you use in a 4 stoke atv?

It means the size of the engine. In Missouri, you need a license to drive anything over 50cc's. So if you have a small mini bike or Cushman scooter, anything less than 49cc's, you don't need a license. You didn't really ask about that, but it's good information to know. But I would check your state policy if you want to not have a license.

You can actually calculate the displacement if you know the bore and stroke of the cylinder (by calculating the volume of cylinder, pi times height times R-squared) times how many cylinder your bike has.
Simply put:
Bore: Diameter of Cylinder
Stroke: Height of Cylinder
Calculate as you would a Volume of Cylinder (they're in milimeters so you'd have to make conversions)
Example: Suzuki GSX-R 600 has a 600cc displacement
It has 4 Cylinders with Bore 6.7cm and Stroke 4.25cm

What is the gas mileage on a 2006 yamaha vmax motorcycle at 75 miles per hour freeway?

TT*Stroke*(Bore/2)^2 = 3.14*4.25*(6.7/2)^2 = 149.76cc/cyl.
