Stupid question. Can I jump start a motercycle using a car?

Once the battery is disconnected, the belt light comes on and the computer has to be reset. Is that what you want to do? Turn off the belt light?
I don't remember the "exact procedure.
--Turn off the key (make sure the battery is connected and charged).
--There is a wire coming out of the belt cover (right cover). Disconnect it.
--In the area of that connector is a black and a gray connector. Disconnect them.
--Plug the gray into the black one and the black into the gray one.
--Turn on the key (either it's for 5 seconds, or until the belt light flashes, stops flashing or goes out).
--Then turn off the key and plug all the wires back together properly.
--Like I said, I don't remember the "exact" procedure. No damage will come to your vehicle if you do what I just wrote.
--Anyone attempting to work on their own vehicle should own a shop manual. When in doubt, check it out -

What would win in the quarter mile, a 600 cc sportbike (there all basically the same) or a 2007 corvette zo6 ?

Take the neg wire off the battery, turn on the head light, wait 5 minutes. Reconnect wire. It worked for my van.
