90% sure it will not, the cylinder size should be different, i tryed a similar thing before with a 110 and a 125, the cylinder will be different sizes.

The barrels on motocross bikes this day and age have nickle plated sleeves, so there for the piston sizes dont change. You get the barrel re-plated instead of re-board with an over sized piston so the only way to use the 85 barrel is if you use the 85 piston. The only thing you really need to check is that the bottom end is the same on both the 80 and the 85.
