Will a pink Bella razor motorcyle work if it gets wet?

Question:
ok so i left my sisters razor pink bella motorcyle scooter moped thingy out in the rain and the power works like when I turn the switch on the light that tells you its charged has power but when you can't go anywhere i mean it wont work it wont run any more do you think that it's just the battery that needs to dry or that it is broken and i am going 2 get a new one some one pleease help me this is my sisters and i hvae to makle it work for her!!!

It has fuses in it. Under the seat, the wires coming from the motor to the throttle control there is a little black box. The fuse is in there. You'll have to replace it with the same size fuse, and don't let it get wet again. It's an electric motor.
