orange county chopper/salt lake city harley dividson?

a fat boy has the models letter of : "FLSTF" FL for the front fork type ST for softail and F designates it a fatboy. and i read above that someone thinks they are way custom and come with s&s engines, that is not true they come off the H-D line with either an 88 cubic inch Twin cam or as of 2007 models a 96 cubic inch twin cam harley davidson engine. Even the Sreamin Eagle models have a 110 ci or bigger screaming eagle HARLEY DAVISDSON engine.

i am looking at buying a 1989(?) honda custom 500, the asking price is $750?

A Harley "Fat-boy" is listed as a custom soft-tail. Soft-tail gets it's name because there are no exposed shock absorbers on the swing arm which houses the rear axle. It gets its custom status because they come equipped with an S&S engine and not a Harley Davidson engine.
