# 16021 is the idle screw (throttle stop)
Turn it clockwise to increase the idle.
How are dual purpose motorcycles for expressway riding?
It should be on the carburetor. It should be a small screw connected to the throttle valve.Good Luck,
NICE BIKE!
How do i start my Moto GP racing career?
You should probably get the shop manual. There could be more going on than just the idle adjustment screw. If the bike has been jetted, or if has an aftermarket air filter and/or exhaust and isn't jetted, it may be running lean, which can really damage your combustion chamber. In addition to the idle adjustment screw there is also the pilot jet adjustment. If the idle is too slow when it's cold and then too fast when it warms up then the low speed jet is lean.Has anyone else had trouble with a 1983 Yamaha 920 virago cam?
