Hey what is the diference between a performance Air filter and a Conventional foam air filter i have 110cc dirt bike and dont know wich is wich, wich one is the cone shaped one?

The cone shape is the performance air filter & cost more than the foam filter so the foam filter is more economical if you're riding in conditions that cause you to have to replace them frequently.
