I DON'T think this is the posters VIN, trying to find out who owns THAT bike.I don't think the states will help any more because of privacy issues. If you know a cop, they might be able to run it for you, but if it's out of state maybe not.

You wanna be real careful, because If it happens to belong to a hard core 1%er or something, and they see their Vin No. plastered all over the net and see that someone is trying to track them down, you might just get an unexpected visit and it wouldnt be pretty to see.Uh Oh, now you just opened up a can of worms.
