-Brake caliper for a Suzuki GS400 motorcycle. Lot's of 'Tokico's' on the net but not the one I am looking for.

Have you tried ebay? If no-one is selling what you want you can post your own kind of advert 'I Want One Of Those / I Want It Now' (or similar) and state what you want and how much you would pay - surely that's worth a go while you keep looking in other places?

Your best bet is to locate one for another Suzuki, and either modify the mounting points on your bike, or fit the forks from a different model.
