depends on the way you want to use the bike or scooter. as a general rule a scooter gets better mileage but has a lower top speed and is more suited to around town usage, a bike usually gets lower mileage but has a higher top speed faster acceleration and a smoother ride which makes it better for longer distances I assume since your referring to mileage in KmPL you are not in the USA so you might have some different vehicles available in your area than there are hereMore Questions & Answers ...
