You have to realise that largely road bikes produced before the 1970's in Europe and Asia had engines that were well below the 200cc mark
There is a variety of Motorcycles which come in to sub classes, such as, mopeds, scooters, mini bikes, trikes, choppers, cruisers, road racers, motocross, trial, etc. Doesnt really matter if u own a PeeWee 50 or a Hyabusa, if you enjoy the freedom and joy a bike brings then ask away. Some people may be learners, or may not want a 1200cc monster. Maybe these people are actually environmentally aware and conscious??

I agree with you somewhat. I rode a Wildfire 50 this past summer and it was a real hoot.It was not for me but I can see how those guys enjoy themselves.I laughed the entire ride.
