Back up and re-group some. Write up a business plan. Do research into what is selling in your area, and what needs can be filled.
It's not an easy business to make money in, at least not here in the states. The overwhelming majority of franchised dealerships that are bought/opened by people with-out a prior background in the industry fail in the first to years. Heck, they actually fail the first year but hang n in their death throws for another while making it tough on the rest of us.
