I used to ride one before I had kids. I have been thinking of getting another one b/c I have a long drive to work each day. I think if you want one then you should go for it. Sure, their a blast. If you do not have a lot of experience, do not get a really fast sport bike. Get something you can handle, and take the local safety course. That sucker saved my life.
