Can I get a motorcycle alarm which doubles up as a petrol lock ?

Question:
I own a Hero Honda CBZ motorcycle. However, all the driving pleasure I derive is lost by some pretty audacious petrol thieves who almost regularly steal petrol from my bike.

I tried using a conventional petrol lock which can be fitted at the fuel-**** but it was of no use because it can be easily unscrewed. I'd like to know if one can fit a petrol alarm or some such thing.
