Carburetor '99 CBR 600 F4?

Question:
So I have a '99 CBR F4, and it wont stay running. There is fuel getting to the carbs, Ive seen it. It will turn over every now and then, but wont stay running for more than a few seconds. Ive changed out the voltage regularor, battery, and plugs. Any suggestions?

There is a possibility that you have a piece of trash in the line. if you pull the tank, dump the gas (on bush's front yard), then take the lines coming from the carb of and clean them you might have a little bit of luck.
