I cant guarantee it but on the carburated model the restrictors are 4 washer type plates ( reduced diameter bore)with 1 inserted in each inlet manifold rubber, I havent seen an injected Fazer with restrictors>Worth loosening 1 of the rubbers at the cylinder side to give you enough room to poke an allen key in the gap and turn it feeling for any solid objects on the injector side If theres anything in there you should feel it..
