When you park in a normal spot, do it so the back end of the bike is facing out. This is becaause Lots of people will just swing into a parking space the looks empty (which is how spaces with motorcycles tend to look) and it's Much better to have your bike hit on the rear wheel and on the front. Have it hit on the front, and you could easily bend the forks, triple trees, and in some cases the frame.
what is the difference in a harley davidson fxdwg-fxrwg-fxwg. motorcycle.?
And when you lock it, if you don't lock it To something immobile, it is easy for 2 or 3 guys to just lift it into the back of a truck, or van. Even locking it to something isn't good enough if the thief wants Your bike badly enough... no matter What you do, if a professional thief wants your bike, they'll get it. I know of one that was stolen from a garage, where it was locked to a concrete pillar, while the owner was in the next room watching TV. The only thing you can do for those instances is have theft insurance (which, thankfully, is on the very cheap Comprehensive part of a policy).
For every day security though, you just need to make your bike harder to take than the next one down the street. You're looking to just prevent the people who steal out of opportunity for joy rides. Simple external locks will more than accomplish this for you.
How can you afford a motorcycle (UPDATED, please revisit)?
what planet are you frompark it with the pedal bikes..........
Has Suzuki released the 2007 GSX-R1000 in your area yet?
in a regular stall, you can get lock things and no one will be able to steal it without a key.where did you think you would park it?
how can i remove my hesitation in talking with other?
Yes you have to park your bike in a regular parking space or a designated spot for bikes if they have one.A motorcycle is a motor vihicle so the only place you can legally park (if there is not desegnated spaces for motorcycles) is in a space the same as a car or other vehicle. Anywhere else could get you ticketed or towed. And believe me when they tow a bike it tends to not be pretty. You can get rotor locks and other assorted locks to give you piece of mind. Nothing will keep a few guys from picking it up and putting it in a truck if they want it bad enough. Usually motorcycles are left alone.

Just park it around back of the mall near the mall security department, they will watch it for you. You can use the rear entrance.I found a 1950 panhead basketcase and was wondering if it is worth the 1000 dollars to buy it.?
If the first stall closest to the mall entrance is available use it. Usually I'm not that lucky. If it's diagonal parking there is an odd shaped space, usually with striped lines, at the end of the row nearest the mall entrance. I park there. I've never been ticketed or towed. This spot is ideal as no cars park there and it is in a highly visible spot from the entrance. You know, where lots of people are coming and going. I don't think anyone will try to steal a bike with all those people around. How does a thief know if one of them happens to be the bike's owner? I've been doing this for years at various malls, stores, everywhere and no one has ever complained. Car drives like it too because our small bikes aren't taking up a whole spot that there mega-ships can park in.can i get a design of a floating motor bike?
Park it in a regular stall. You can buy a brake rotor lock for cheap.ghost rider motorcycle, does anyone know who built this wicked bike?
I park up on the sidewalk(big) near the front door in some places, in the yellow striped area in some, under the tree at another . Keep in mind of the handy-cap areas you must leave room to get in an out of a side door. Most parking lots or owned by the store/shop, you can always ask if they mind were you park, tell them your concerns of theft. Parking you should always park backed to the curb to have best visibility when pulling out, remember you can't be seen when you are between the cars. Does not make any difference how big your bike may be! As others have said to use locks, but also if someone wont's it locks wont stop them.. Insurance. I'm buying a 1999 Kawasaki Vulcan 750- is 31K too many miles?
But seriously, you have a lock on the steering and ignition, right? You got insurance, right? If so, then don't worry about it. At our mall, there is a parking spot right in front that has a light pole right in the front so no cars can fit in that spot...that is where I park if I have to get something from the mall.
