Where can I find an ignition coil for a 1972-74 Yamaha DT or RT 1 360 dirt bike?

It's a RT1 360 Yamaha dirt bike, the DT is basically the same and the coils are too. Thanks, I'd really make my wife happy if I found a coil for her bike.

The coils that go on most bikes are basically the same.If there is a motorcycle junk yard close,just look for about any single cylinder bike and the coil should work. Take your old coil with you so you can match up the wire length. More than likely the bolt holes will line up. If you want a new one and the parts department of your motorcycle shop dosent have one tell them to match up mounts and wire length,just make sure to tell them not to give you one that used a TDI ignition. A coil from a CDI or a points type ignition will work.
