Sometimes it can become very hard to breathe on a motorcycle because of the constant air being inhaled. It's a lot of pressure. I wouldn't worry about an adrenalin rush affecting your pacemaker though. That's a natural process and if a doctor thought a possible adrenaline rush could affect the pacemaker, it would not have been approved to use in a human body. Now, to protect your breathing, it helps to have a helmet with a full face mask to shield you from the wind. That way you are still just breathing your normal amount of air.
