Where in canada can I find honda motorcycle oem parts?

Yes, as long as you can get parts for it. Any 25-year-old motorcycle is going to be hard to repair if something major goes wrong, but for as long as you can keep it running... It's a great first bike!

What is a good first bike to have?

Yes! This style of bike is very well balanced. The 400 is not a huge engine, so it is not too much power for a beginner but enough to last you while. The bike is not huge, so it will be easier to throw around (and pick up if you have to...which you will). Good luck and welcome to the club!

Im buying a motorcycle soon. what should I get?

If it's in runable condtion, has all it's pieces, then the Yammie XS400 is a great bike. It doesn't make enough HP to knock itself apart., and will run forever with little maintenance.
Be aware that parts are difficult to get, and service is impossible.
But the fun aspect is pretty cool.

I have a 96 honda f3. the stock rear tire is a 160. can i fit a 190 tire.?

Yes ,accept parts are almost non existant..Buy a newer machine you will be glad you did.

Ahnyone know the model of a yamaha blaster?

i bought one about 2 years ago that had been sitting under a shed for years.it had only 4400 miles on it.rebuilt the carbs, changed the frount wheel, cleaned gas tank, put in a new battery, and i was ridin'.
yes it is a good bike for a beginner, but some would say a little too big.just be real careful at first(she'll pull the frount wheel between first and second gear if you get on the gas hard.it has been a fun bike to ride the 5000 or so miles i've put on her.but gets a little cramped on long trips,or with another rider.

Matte-Black bikes?

pretty good choice.
