Whatever happened to the revival of excelsior-henderson?

i read an article in a clipping i had cut out of the newspaper
about 1993 about how a minosota based hanlon brothers were trying to revive the excelsior-henderson motorcycles of the 1930 era to the present day improved version,does anyone heard anything in 2007 about this venture?
