Common problem on TL000s. Silly plastic clutch cover "sags" between the bolt holes and lets the oil seep out. Fit a new cover and gasket, then torque down the bolts to the correct setting. A workshop manual will tell you this (6mm bolts should be around 8-10NM). This should sort it for awhile.

First find out where the leak is.
Clean the area and sprinkle some white baby powder around the cover. Run the bike. The baby powder will discolor at the leak.
Remove the clutch cover. Check it and the engine case with a straight edge. A metal ruler will work.
If the gasket surface damage isn't major, you can add some gasket sealant in the spot of the leak (both sides of the gasket).

Normally if the "O" ring is leaking the first thing that the owner will do is tighten the bolts up as much as possible, unfortunately the clutch covers are made from light alloy that can warp out of shape easily.
