if its a round key type get a piece of plastic tube like a pen push in to lock put preasure on then ease of slightly & turn waggle the tube slightly as you turn it,Buy an electric angle die grinder at a discount tool store for 20 bucks. Buy a cutting disk that fits it. Cut off the lock in a few seconds.
