Can i ride a motorcycle in ireland on a full uk licence?
A 2007 ZX-6R is going to have plenty of horsepower, and can be dangerous for first time riders. But, the fact that you're inquiring into it beforehand shows responsibility, and if you're responsible on a motorcycle, you tend to stay safer.I have a 2005 kawasaki kx250 motocross bike that wont idle, does anyone know what i can do?
I've ridden countless 600s, and of all the Japanese manufacturers, Suzuki and Kawasaki produce my favorite 600cc sport bikes. The Ninjas are fun to ride, I've owned one, a '97 Ninja 500R, and I've ridden slightly older ZX-6s on closed tracks. They're pretty light, and are built to handle high-speed corners well. The only complaint I ever had when I still owned my 500R was the narrow width of the rear tire, which would sometimes play weird tricks on me when leaning the bike hard into turns. But, Ninjas don't have this problem anymore.
How do i convince my parents to buy a motorcycle?
You'll quickly learn how much power this bike has, and if treated appropriately, you'll be just fine. Never push your limits on surface streets, even if/when you've ridden for a while & haven't wrecked. Don't get cocky with this machine, or it will unexpectedly give you a wake-up call that you'll never forget. Take an MSF Course - there will likely be one near you - and you'll learn things that will prove to be invaluable on the road. Also, if you can afford it, plan on taking your bike to a track to hone your higher speed riding skills. Invest in some quality riding gear, and you might even consider premium coverage with your insurance company, just to be safe. It's likely that you'll eventually take a spill, and if you were wearing good armor AND have a good insurance policy, it makes the remaining road-rash much less irritating!
You may also want to consider looking into the Suzuki GSX-R 600s. They're probably a shave lighter than the ZX-6s, and will also probably be less expensive for a 2007 model. Suzuki never fails to produce the fastest, and lightest, motorcycle for the 600, 750, and 1000cc class. Hell, even the 1300cc Hayabusa, while not very light, is still probably faster than any stock motorcycle currently on the road. It's worth looking into, unless you're just completely bent on going with Kawasaki... which is okay, too.
If it's 64 degrees outside and you're traveling 70 mph on a motorcycle, how cold is it really?
Great bike, as with all bikes, just don't crack the throttel wide open until you learn the bike, just start out slow, it will be fine for a first bike.It can go zero- 60 in 2.6 sec.
Do you think there should be a Dirtbiking or Motorcycle Racing category in CarQnA.com?
yeah. just cuz its a 600 doesnt mean your not gonna be able to control it. as long as you take it easy till you get the hang and keep controll of you throttle youll be goodWhere is the 33 bhp power restrictor fitted on a fz6 fazer 2004?
You'll get all kinds of answers for this question saying yes and no. The truth is, if you are responsible rider/person that knows that you can get hurt while riding, then this bike will be fine. It's not a beginer bike because it can fly through the curves and go pretty darn fast on the straights (150mph stock or so), but if you are responsible, you'll be fine. May I suggest that you take the MSF course (basic riders course). It will give you quite a bit of knowledge (some take as a refresher) and it will help on your insurance and depending on state, you won't have to take the riders course at the DMV.In detail what is the process to install a cylinder sleeve in a 2 stroke bike engine?
Have fun and ride safe!
I'm looking ATV 50cc for my 6 year old son, which is the best option for me?
It's pretty ballsy. You might want to start out with a 250 ninja or better yet - find an enduro class bike (kind of like a street legal dirtbike). I started off on an old yamaha 175, and it had plenty of power - and I could take it on trails and stuff too!!Forward controls installation?
The zx-6 is capable of 0-60 in about 3-4 seconds, and a top speed of whatever you think you can hold on to.
I want to know where to buy motor cycle boots (cruisers) in newcastle, nsw?
It's also capable of leaving your azz on the street in a puddle of blood - so be extremely careful with whatever you decide to get. I have taken to pretending that cars are actually TRYING to hit me, and it usually isn't far from the truth.
If you take lessons from qualified instructors before buying a bike you will know your capabilities. To someone that has not taken lessons the answer is yes.
dude a zx-6r is the fastest most powerfull 600 cc production bike it will run with most 1000s besides on take off id say go with a regular 600 cc bike and till u learn to ride not to mention they dont make the zx-6r anymore it was replaced by the new 650rr
What size bulb does a gsxr 06 use?
Yes, it's too powerful, but that's not the whole story. It will go faster than you have ever been in any car with just the slightest input of the throttle, and it takes a lot of practice to not accidentally twist your wrist at the wrong time.Is there any 2 stroke petrol engines?
The real danger is that until you're used to it, your instincts will take over and put you into the "fight or flight" stage, causing you to freeze. There's nothing to fight, and you can't run away, so your brain shuts down as you go into a corner way too fast.
An experienced rider could trail brake and simply lean over, missing the apex but not crashing. A newbie will have the bike turn into a brick underneath them and it will crash right into whatever the rider is looking at.
