It's a joke. If you can't pass it, you should seriously consider a new hobby.It depends on where you are in NY buy basically, you will need to make a few circles to the left, then to the right, then some figure 8's (you get plenty of space to do this)... then you go around the block, while an instructor follows you.

A few pointers:
You will need to provide a bike as well as a car for the instructor to drive behind you. There are some driving schools that offer this. I would recommend taking an MSF course. You will learn a bunch of things that will keep you safe and once you pass the class you dont need to take the road test. MSF costs around $300.
If you decide to take the road test. Make sure to put both of your feet down at every stop. Look both ways and make sure that your helmet moves. If the instructor is following you, they cant tell if your looking both ways if your helmet doesnt move from left to right.
