Looks like a decent price, you will never get those flat slide carbs to carburate well down low, so thats pretty much how it will run. Would make a decent noncurrent track bike.Well the ad says 2k firm, and honestly it doesn't look like a bad bike, I'd look it over carefully to be sure it hasn't been dropped hard or anything and try and get away with it for 1800 since it needs some work to run right again. It has some pretty nice parts and it LOOKS like the frame is polished, which is NOT cheap to have done.
2k osunds fair the bike looks good but the only thing i would worry about is the way he says it runs rough in low RPMs that could mean a bad carb or even worse a old clutch. But if the bike just needs a carn clean and a rejet that isnt a big deal but if the clutch is bad thats going to about 500 or more to fix but it still seems like a good deal.
What kind of bike should I buy? Sold my old one today. R6 or 600RR? something else?
