How tall do you have to be to ride a cr125?

You are plenty tall enough. Pretty much all of the full size bikes are close to the same size. The 125 has a 37.3" seat height and the 450 is 37.6" so you are tall enough to ride any motocross bike you want provided you have the experience to handle it.

My 14 year old rides a kx125 and he is only 5'5 tall. He races it at a A grade level, so I think that your height should not be a problem as I sit nicely on it and I am 5'7. The CR is slightly taller than the Kx but not a great deal.
